Deep Dives with Waseem

I’ll be honest — I’m not exactly sure what I’m supposed to put here.

It feels like I should have some clever, one-line banger that signals my competence. Potentially it would convince you to subscribe. Or at least get you interested in my writing or what I’m working on.

But that doesn’t feel right.

If you really want the quick version: I’m an engineer and builder.

I don’t feel like one sentence can capture a person’s depth, breadth, or what makes them interesting. It also misses out on the on going evolution of the individual.

A one-liner is like short-form social media post — easy to digest, and equally easy to forget.

So instead of a neatly packaged tagline, here’s my promise:

This substack is where I share the things I’m curious about and the ideas I’m diving into. I want to be real. I want you to learn something, disagree with me in the comments, find inspiration and maybe even laugh.

It might be about engineering, religion, history — whatever pulls my attention and interest. But the common thread is depth.
